These terms govern your use of the CalmCloud website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. 1. About this store

CalmCloud is an online store selling a cordless electric scalp massager to customers in the United States. Orders are processed and paid for through Shopify's hosted checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to form a binding contract to place an order.

3. Products and availability

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. All orders are subject to product availability; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its authorized payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

5. Orders

When you place an order you receive an email confirmation acknowledging it. A contract is formed when your order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — and will refund any payment taken.

6. Shipping and fulfillment

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party supplier that dispatches from within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for current details on costs, processing, and delivery estimates.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to request a return, the conditions that apply, and how refunds are issued. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to CalmCloud or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

9. Limitations and disclaimers

The product is an everyday relaxation and scalp-massage device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
